2. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing lessons, you confirm that:

You have permission from a parent/guardian to participate
3. Booking & Payments

Lessons must be booked in advance through the website or agreed scheduling platform.

Payments are required before a session or package begins.

Prices are listed clearly on the website and may be updated from time to time.
4. Lesson Packages
If you purchase a multi-lesson package:

Sessions must be used within the validity period mentioned at purchase

Packages are non-transferable and intended for the original student only
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Students may cancel or reschedule lessons under the following conditions:

Changes made at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson are free of charge

Cancellations made within 12 hours may be counted as a completed session

Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable

7. Student Responsibility
To get the best results, students are expected to:

Attend sessions on time

All materials provided during coaching (PDFs, exercises, lesson plans, recordings, etc.) remain the property of English with Karthik.
They may not be:

Sold

Reproduced for commercial use
9. Limitation of Liability
English with Karthik is not responsible for:

Technical issues outside our control (internet, Zoom disruptions)

Personal outcomes dependent on student effort

Any indirect or consequential losses
Services are provided on a best-effort educational basis.
