Lesson Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy

At English with Karthik, your time and progress matter—and so does mine. To maintain a professional and respectful learning environment, please review the policy below:

 

• You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost.

• Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and the lesson will be marked as completed.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties, exceptions may be considered at the coach’s discretion.

• All changes must be made via the official booking platform or communicated in advance.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations

If the coach needs to cancel a lesson, the session will be fully rescheduled or credited at no additional cost.​

Students are responsible for booking lessons according to their correct time zone.
