Refund Policy
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a used lesson and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

In case of emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at the coach’s discretion.

2. Missed Lessons (No-Shows)

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson and does not inform in advance, the lesson will be marked as completed.

No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed lessons.

3. Package Purchases (5 / 10 / 20 Lessons)

Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson is completed.

If a refund is requested before the first lesson, the amount will be refunded minus payment processing fees.

All packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expired lessons cannot be refunded or extended.​​

4. Single Lessons

Single lessons are non-refundable once scheduled.

If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson may be rescheduled within 7 days.

5. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled by the coach, students may choose between:

A full refund/ credit or
-
A rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.​

6. Technical Issues
-
If a lesson cannot proceed due to coach-side technical issues, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.

If the issue is on the student’s side (internet, device, availability), the lesson will be considered completed unless resolved quickly or otherwise upon the coach's discretion.

7. Payment & Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a lesson or package, students confirm that they have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
